Biecorff, a history of bricks, inhabitants and bees in Antwerp

Biecorff or ‘beehive’. How the history of a house comes to life and takes a look at its inhabitants, the history of a city – Antwerp, the spirit of the times over the centuries, art and culture, humanism and geopolitics, economic activity, craft and industrialization and how glass finds and beeswax in the 1990s lead to one of the most pioneering and innovative renovation projects of that period.

In 2016 the building is inhabited by people, shops and business and it continues to be a hive of activity. Fantastic project.
